Website UX Design
I have served as the main UX designer for the company website and led projects that have increased the usability and enhanced the visual appeal. In addition to wireframes, mockups, and prototypes I also implement all the design work through Big Commerce’s page builder. This includes both page design on the front end and data management on the back end. This has allowed me to make updates quickly and efficiently.

Category Organization
I redesigned and maximized the usability of the printers and supplies section of the site and mega menu updates. This provides more exposure to our full product line and improved ease of navigation. This was in addition to previous improvements to pipe marking and floor marking category and menu improvements. This process not only included using page builder to modify the visuals on the frontend but managing and organizing the product categories on the backend. Maintaining and owning this part of the website is a crucial task I’m responsible for. See live on the site

New Resource Pages
A complete redesign of the Resource Hub pages designed and prototyped. This new layout has helped improve not only the aesthetics and usability, but also better position the site for SEO benefits. Content is easier to find with quicker access. Content pages themselves were also improved with a cleaner layout that features persistent ads that drive customers to guide downloads and newsletter sign-ups. This is crucial as it allows users who find our content a way to become leads at each step. I also designed a new tab system for filtered content that allows for smoother navigation.
For implementation, I worked with the digital marketing team as well as outsourced developers to ensure design was properly coded and functioned as intended. Mega menu was also updated allowing for easier navigation directly to lead-generating content.

New Product Pages
I created new product page templates for the website that improved usability and overall aesthetics. The new pages feature a clearer structure that allows important content to standout. The specifications section was redesigned to better utilize the space and make it easier to read. New templates were created in collaboration with IT to allow changes to be made without coding. Editors can now easily add items like sizing charts and kits options to improve the user experience and cross promotion.
New About Us Pages
Completed a long-requested project of upgrading our About Us pages on the website. Replaced the previously dreary and generic version with copy and visuals focused on customer benefits and why-buy reasons. Included a full page on the tough testing process to highlight a key benefit. These new pages present important brand differentiators that reinforce messaging for both marketing and sales. Design and built in Big Commerce page builder.
